International shipping rates vary between each country. We no longer offer complete worldwide delivery. We now only offer delivery to the following countries;

Import Duty Fees/ Customs Fees

All countries (outside of the UK) are subject to Import/ Customs fees - these apply to all international orders (including within Europe), and each Import/ Customs fee varies depending on the country it is being delivered to. We do not control this and we do not know the cost of what this may be - costs can vary between value of goods being delivered within the individual countries
We do not pay for the customer's Import Fees/ Customs fees as this is the responsibility of the customer and it is to be paid directly from the customer themselves.
IMPORTANT: Failed Delivery / Failed Customs fees payment on International orders
If your order has been dispatched and arrives into your country of residency and you then fail to pay your country’s Customs fees/ Duty fees or it is a failed delivery as the courier was unable to deliver your order - your order will be sent back to us after the Customs hold period has expired.
Once we receive back your international order, we will deduct 15% of the total goods value only on the order as restocking fees & also deduct the shipping fees paid for any refund requested - as a result of failed Customs fees resulting in the order being returned back to us.
- If you wish to exchange or return your item(s), please initiate the process within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Please note that any returns beyond this 14-day window will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- To ensure a successful exchange or return, kindly ensure that the items are returned in their original condition and packaging. Failure to do so may result in deductions from any refund that is due (subject to conditions).
- Please be aware that we are unable to issue refunds or accept returns for mulberry silk masks due to hygiene reasons. If you encounter any issues with your mask within a reasonable timeframe, please don't hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We're here to assist you.
- All refunds will be issued with a 15% deduction for admin and packaging costs.
- Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 working days upon receiving the returned item(s).
- Refunds will be issued within 7 working days upon receiving the returned item(s).
- Kindly be advised that in the event of receiving back stained or damaged item(s), a maintenance fee (subject to damage assessment) may be applied, or a refund could possibly be declined if the damage is irreversible.
- Due to hygiene reasons, occasionally scarves returned to us may have oil stains, residue from hair products or other marks from trying on. Unfortunately, we are unable to resell products in this condition. Therefore, we kindly request that hijabs not be tried on and remain in their original packaging to ensure their pristine condition upon return.
- Items on sale are not eligible for returns/refunds.
Email [email@example.com] with the subject line “EXCHANGE or REFUND”. Please clearly state your Order Number and item(s) you wish to exchange/ return, as well as the reason for return
Upon receiving your exchange or refund request, our team will promptly provide you with a dedicated Return address. We kindly urge you to ensure that the items are returned promptly.
Arrange return shipping for product safety and to ensure exchange/refund. Upon receipt of your returned item(s), you'll receive an exchange or refund for items on your order (shipping refund excluded if order dispatched).
Please note that if a customer returns back any item(s) without following the Returns procedure (see above), this will then qualify as an ‘Unauthorised Return’ and any refund/ exchange will not be valid as a result of this.
The following qualifies as an ‘Unauthorised Return’ which is as follows;
- Sending any item(s) back to Chinutay & Co that is outside of the 14-days Returns period, from when a single order / multiple orders has been delivered to the same customer/ recipient
- Sending any item(s) back to Chinutay & Co that is not within the original packaging / and or sent loose without any packaging
- Sending any item(s) back to Chinutay & Co that does not have the Customer’s Name, Order Number, and Reason for Return
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you have requested to cancel your order (within 14 days of the order date) for a refund, please note the following;
- If you have requested to cancel your order before we have processed and dispatched out your order - you will receive a full refund of your order
- If you have requested to cancel your order after we have processed and dispatched your order - you will receive the refund for the item(s) on your order only (not including shipping refund) if we have already sent out your parcel.
The refund will be processed only after we have received back the original parcel sent. If we have not received the order (even if it is in transit back to us), we still cannot issue any refund until the item has arrived back to us physically, and our team have completed all checks.
